Below is the online registration to sign up for the Miracle Shot Camp. After filling out the registration completely and clicking 'send' you may make a secure credit card payment for camp. You may also pay for the camp by check or money order. Completing online registration does not guarantee your camper's spot in the Miracle Shot Camp. Your camper's spot is not solidified until you do the following:

1. Download and print off Waiver (word) or Waiver (pdf) form
2. Download and print off Physical (word) or Physical (pdf) form
3. Fill out and Sign forms
4. Mail completed Waiver and Physical forms to
